- Application of These Terms and Conditions
These “Terms and Conditions,” as operated by Ultrazest LLP (“Ultrazest”), shall govern your relationship with Ultrazest, including but not limited to, the use of the Ultra Studio Website (theultrastudio.com, the “Website”) to manage your account, bookings, communication, purchases, and registration with Ultrazest, as well as the use of and attendance at Ultra Studio.
By your attendance at Ultra Studio and usage of the Website and facilities, you signify your acceptance of these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please refrain from using the Website, booking a slot at Ultra Studio, and/or using or attending any session at Ultra Studio.
Ultrazest reserves the right to amend these Terms without notice. The Terms may be revised at any time by updating this posting. By using the Website, booking slots, purchasing merchandise, communicating with Ultrazest, and using and attending Ultra Studio, you agree to be bound by any such revisions. Clients are encouraged to check this document periodically to stay informed of current guidelines.

- Bookings
Clients must sign up and create an account on Ultra Studio’s Website and make relevant payments before a booking can be made. Ultra Studio is available for bookings daily from 9 AM – 12 AM, but operates strictly by appointment. As such, same-day bookings is subject to availability. Booking extensions are subject to availability and are at the discretion of Ultra Studio’s on-site staff. The time required for setup and tear-down is included within the booked slot.
- Cancellation Policy for Booked Slots
You may cancel your booking without charge minimum fourty eight (48) hours before the scheduled slot commencement time. If you fail to cancel before this time or do not show up for your booking, you will be charged the full amount for the slot.
Cancellations can be made by contacting Ultra Studio directly.
- Retail and Merchandise
All retail and merchandise sales are final and non-refundable at Ultra Studio. Merchandise, except for sale items (if any), may be exchanged within seven (7) days of the purchase date, provided the product is unused, unsoiled, and with all original tagging intact.
Occasionally, at Ultrazest’s discretion, discounts may be offered on merchandise. Sales on discounted products are final, and exchanges are not permitted.
- Lost or Damaged Personal Property
Ultra Studio maintains CCTV coverage in common areas. However, Ultrazest is not liable for any damage, theft, loss, or destruction of personal property within Ultra Studio’s premises, regardless of care taken to avoid such incidents.
- Waiver and Release
By booking and/or attending any slot, event, activity, or program and using the premises, facilities, and equipment (individually and collectively, the “Slots and Facilities”) of Ultra Studio, you acknowledge on behalf of yourself, your heirs, personal representatives, and/or assigns, that there are inherent risks involved in using Ultra Studio. Some risks cannot be eliminated, even with the best precautions, and Ultrazest and Ultra Studio will not be liable for any injury or damage should you choose to participate.
If, in the subjective opinion of Ultra Studio staff, you and/or others may be at physical risk using the Facilities, access may be denied at the discretion of Ultra Studio’s staff.
- Dispute Resolution
At Ultra Studio, we strive to provide a great experience for all our clients. If you feel that your experience did not meet expectations, we encourage you to give us an opportunity to resolve any issues. Be sure to include: (1) your name, (2) your address, (3) a description of your concerns, and (4) the specific relief you seek.
- Links and Third-Party Sites
Ultra Studio has not reviewed all external sites linked from the Website and is not responsible for the content of these external pages. Links to third-party sites, even if they feature the Ultra Studio logo, are independent of Ultrazest, and we have no control over their content. Accessing third-party websites is at your own risk, and such links do not imply endorsement or affiliation with Ultra Studio.
- Intellectual Property Rights
The trademarks, logos, and content of Ultra Studio are proprietary to Ultrazest and may not be used except as expressly permitted by these Terms. All content, design, text, graphics, and interfaces; the collection, selection, and arrangement thereof; and all software are the property of, or duly licensed to, Ultrazest.
You may view, copy, and print materials from the Website solely for personal, non-commercial use related to booking slots or making purchases. Any other use of the Website’s content, including modification, distribution, or reproduction, without the prior written permission of Ultrazest, is strictly prohibited.
- Use of the Site and Studios by Minors
If you are under the age of 16, you must obtain permission from a parent or guardian before accessing or making bookings on the Website. Minors under 16 must rehearse alongside a parent or guardian. Please refer to our Waiver and Release terms for further details. Ultrazest is not liable for any misuse of Ultra Studio’s Website or facilities by minors.
- Warranty Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
In no event will Ultrazest be liable for any direct, indirect, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Website or third-party websites linked to it, including booking slots, purchasing merchandise, or attending Ultra Studio. This includes any loss of profits, business interruption, or data loss, even if Ultrazest was advised of the possibility of such damages.
All goods, services, products, and experiences are provided on an “as-is” basis. The risk regarding the quality and performance of products and services remains with you. If any goods or services prove defective after purchase, you assume all costs associated with the defect. Ultrazest offers no representations or warranties, including implied warranties of fitness for a particular purpose or merchantability.
By agreeing to these Terms, you consent to the use of your images in marketing and promotional materials.
- Choice of Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore.
